How Do I Place a Custom or Wholesale Order?

Crux Bodycare Co. is an ecommerce creation.  All orders are processed within 24 hours of placing.  If placed on a weekend, please allow an additional 24 hours for processing.  Any specialty bulk orders may need additional detail. Please email us for your detailed custom order.  If you are a placing a wholesale order, please fill out the contact page with your request.

You will receive an email upon placing your order, regarding.  Once your item is in the processing stage, you will not be able to edit it.  You must contact us via email or phone for editing orders that are being processed.  When your item has shipped, you will receive an email regarding.  Local wholesale companies may receive special drop off services.

Payment & Shipping

All in stock items will ship within 7 - 10 business days of purchase.  We do not ship during the weekend.  If your item is not in stock, you will receive an email regarding.  Due to problems with fraud, customs, and foreign post offices, we reserve the right to refuse orders to any international destination we feel is a high risk for loss.  If we refuse service to an international location, we will notify you by email and refund your total order cost immediately.  If your product is being customized, please allow an additional 3 days for shipping. Delivery to P.O. box is available.

Crux Bodycare Co. may offer electronic newsletters and promotional emails to those who have agreed to receive emails when they purchase from cruxbodycare.co during registration and/or directly from our email sign-up forms. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each promotional email.  We don’t accept money orders, personal checks, COD, or credit cards issued by or with billing addresses outside of the US or Canada.

Returns & Refunds

Most unopened/unused items in new condition returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange.  Some items will show a “return by” date or “return within” day range under the item on your receipt or packing slip.  Items that are opened, damaged, used, or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Please do not attempt to send back your package until you have received a Return Authorization number from us by filling out the ”Contact Us” page.  All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund.  Bundle components may not all have the same return policy; please check your packing slip for details.  If you have any questions in reference to a return, please use the contact area.
